Hello, Derby Residents,
Here is your weekly update for 10-29-2024.

1. Early voting for the 2024 Election is under way at Derby City Hall every day this week including Saturday and Sunday. You can still apply for an absentee ballot too. And finally, you can vote in person on Election Day on Tuesday November 5, 2024 from 6 am to 8 pm, For more details — https://www.derbyct.gov/election-information

2. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We urge all women aged 40 or older to make your appointment for a mammogram. For more information call 203 – 732-7233.

3. On Sunday November 3, 2024, the Derby Police Department will host a Touch-A-Truck Halloween Event from 11 am to 3 pm at Derby High School, 75 Chatfield Street. It is a free event.

4. A reminder to please set your clocks back one hour on Saturday night and to change the batteries in your smoke detectors as we go back to Eastern Standard Time.
