We will be starting our 2nd year of the Ansonia/Derby Girls Travel Basketball Program for all girls from both Ansonia and Derby that are in Grades 4 – 8.
Our plan is to have a team for every grade this year, last year we had 4 teams (4th, 5th, 6th & 7th/8th).

I have attached a flyer that will be distributed to the schools this week but the main information is:
- No previous basketball experience needed but preferred
- Practices are Mondays & Thursdays beginning October 10th
- Games are on weekends from November thru February
- A registration fee of $60/returning player with jersey or $75/new or returning player who needs a jersey is due at sign-up (cash or check)
- Sign-ups will be at the Ansonia Armory on the following dates:
- Monday, September 30th – 6:30 to 8pm
- Thursday, October 3rd – 6:30 to 8pm
- Girls Basketball Coaches Patrick Lynch (AHS) & Dave Chevarella (DHS) will be at sign-up/registration to answer any questions.
