“Downtown Trick or Treat is happening this Saturday, October 29, 2022. This event is rain or shine. Those wishing to participate in the parade are asked to meet at the corners of First and Bank Street by 12:45 pm. The Seymour Middle School will be leading the parade. Participating businesses will greet be handing out candy from 1:30 — 3:00 pm. Thank you, Cultural and Arts Committee, for putting this together.”
