Early Voting Info: City Of Ansonia

ANSONIA — The following information was sent by John Feddern, the Democratic Registrar of Voters in the City of Ansonia:

A lot of questions have been asked about Early Voting.

This is the first year where the State of Connecticut will hold Early Voting, which gives voters the opportunity to vote in the election for 14 days prior to Election Day.

Early Voting will be held from Monday, Oct. 21 to Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Hilltop Hose Company Community Room at 80 Pulaski Highway.

Hilltop Hose is the ONLY place designated for Early Voting in Ansonia.

Hours for most days are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Oct. 29 and Oct. 31, when we will have extended hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5. Polls are open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
