Foley Campaign Corrects Error On Donation Form

The treasurer from Dan Foley’s mayoral campaign — Foley for Mayor, 2011’ — has corrected an error in the campaign’s Oct. 3 campaign finance disclosure form.

Campaign treasurer Linda Fusco filed a corrected disclosure form with the state and came into the Valley Indy office in person Oct. 27 to point out the correction.

She also provided the publication with a copy of the corrected disclosure form.

The amended form was filed to reflect the correct address of contributors Rosemary and Robert Hughes, who live on Pleasantview Road, as opposed to New Haven Avenue — which happens to be the legal address of Ken Hughes, president of the Board of Aldermen, and his wife, Rosemary.

Rosemary and Robert are Ken’s parents.

Ken’s wife and mother share the same first name. However, Ken’s wife did not contribute to the Foley campaign.

The incorrect document has been removed from the Valley Indy site. The corrected form will be uploaded to the site as soon as possible.
