State Representative Kara Rochelle (D, Ansonia/Derby) will hold a legislative update on initiatives affecting seniors and host a special panel discussion on prescription drug costs Thursday Nov.7, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Joseph Doyle Senior Center in Ansonia.
The panel discussing prescription drug costs includes: State Representatives Kara Rochelle and Sean Scanlon (Branford/Guilford), Co-Chair of the Insurance Committee, Sen. George Logan, Nathan Tinker, Ph.D, and CEO of the Connecticut Pharmacists Association, Ken Ferrucci, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the Connecticut State Medical Society, and Anna Doroghazi, Associate State Director, AARP.
The event is open to the public and media is invited to attend.
