Resident Supports Derby Mayor’s Re-Election

My name is Deborah Godeski, and I am writing this letter in support of Mayor Anita Dugatto’s re-election campaign.

I am worried that there is a lot of misinformation being spread that does not fit with what we see happening in our town.

I hear people saying that Derby’s economy is stagnating, but if we look at eating and drinking establishments alone that have recently opened in Derby (The Hops Company, Kasia, H’Que Barbeque, Tipsy Tomato, and Bad Sons Brewery) we see that things are really happening.

This is important not only because they bring jobs and something fun to do with friends and family, but also because it shows that people think that Derby is worth investing in.

This type of investment causes a domino effect. When businesses do well in Derby, more businesses will move here.

The Mayor has done an excellent job in promoting Derby and making City Hall more business-friendly. We are seeing it pay off!

Please join me in supporting Mayor Anita Dugatto.
