The Ansonia High School interim principal and the Ansonia Middle School principal will retire at the end of the school year.
Ansonia High School Interim Principal
Robert Lisi, Interim Principal at Ansonia High School, will retire in June 2012.
He has been in the Ansonia school district for 37 years.
The staff at the Ansonia High School is hosting a retirement party for Lisi to be held on June 8 at the Grassy Hill Lodge in Derby.
The party costs $40.

Ansonia Middle School Principal
Lynn Bennett-Wallick, a longtime teacher in the district, will also retire this year.
Bennett-Wallick is the Ansonia Middle School principal. She was previously at science and health teacher at the Ansonia High School, and also worked at Assumption School in Ansonia and St. Joseph School in Shelton.
Bennett-Wallick has worked in the Ansonia school district for 28 years.
Co-workers are hosting a retirement dinner for Bennett on May 17 at the Grassy Hill Lodge.
The dinner is $40 per person.
