Info You Didn’t Ask For

A note about campaign coverage: The Valley Indy’s coverage of the local races effectively ended 5 p.m. Friday. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, though this weekend we shared letters to the editor on Saturday so that each writer had his or her letter shared on our social media accounts.

Today (Monday, Nov. 6), The Valley Indy preps for election coverage. That includes hiring and assigning freelance writers to cover the campaigns.

This year The Valley Indy plans to have six people covering the races in Ansonia and Derby, along with a seventh writer covering Seymour.

We hope to link to other media outlets for the results in Shelton.

Be sure to go to The Valley Indy Facebook page after 8 p.m. for photos, video, and, at some point, hopefully … the results.
